Have you ever heard of a saying that you have to kiss a bunch of toads before you find your prince? Unfortunately that is not true my dear friend. The more toads you kiss, the more warts you’ll get. This applies to both guys and girls! It’s up to you to agree with me or not, that is what free will is for. Just remember “For Every Action There Is A Consequence” especially if it involves people other than yourself.

Forgiveness is an option!

Shakespeare may have written in The Merchant of Venice, “The quality of mercy is not strained”. But for many of us forgiveness is a struggle, a process not simply a droppeth as the gentle rain from heaven. When you think of forgiving someone that hurt you, you think of emotional hurt. How do you forgive physical hurt e.g. paralyses due to a car crash, someone who changed your life irreparably? Although forgiveness has its own complications, there are many benefits that follow. When we put forgiveness into practice our pain becomes relieved, and our life can go on in a better direction.

Resentment is what many people experience; it’s like a liquid that corrodes its container. How about the law of sowing and reaping (in other words, whatever deed you do to someone, it will come back to you, or to whoever has done it). Does it really work? Think about it! Will we be able to forgive ourselves, when forgiving someone else is no longer an option?
